The prefect or his representative attends board meetings as of right.

If a deliberation appears likely to affect the operational capacity of the fire and rescue service or the proper distribution of resources, the prefect may request a new deliberation.

Le préfet ou son représentant assiste de plein droit aux séances du conseil d’administration.

Si une délibération paraît de nature à affecter la capacité opérationnelle du service d’incendie et de secours ou la bonne distribution des moyens, le préfet peut demander une nouvelle délibération.
