The Board of Directors deliberates, in the six months preceding the renewal of the representatives of the municipalities and public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation, on the number and distribution of its seats, which are decided by the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the light of this deliberation.

Le conseil d’administration délibère, dans les six mois qui précèdent le renouvellement des représentants des communes et des établissements publics de coopération intercommunale, sur le nombre et la répartition de ses sièges qui sont arrêtés par le président du conseil d’administration au vu de cette délibération.
