Article L1424-28 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Board of Directors meets at the initiative of its Chairman at least once every six months.

In an emergency, the Board of Directors meets when convened by its Chairman, at the latter’s initiative or at the request of the Prefect or one fifth of its members with voting rights, on a specific agenda. The Board of Directors meets as of right on the third day following the dispatch of the notice of meeting to the Prefect and its members.

Le conseil d’administration se réunit à l’initiative de son président au moins une fois par semestre.

En cas d’urgence, le conseil d’administration se réunit sur convocation de son président, à l’initiative de celui-ci ou sur demande du préfet ou d’un cinquième de ses membres ayant voix délibérative, sur un ordre du jour déterminé. Le conseil d’administration se réunit de plein droit le troisième jour suivant l’envoi de la convocation au préfet et à ses membres.
