Article L1424-30-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

In the event of the resignation of all the members of the Board of Directors or the definitive annulment of the election of all its members, the Chairman shall be responsible for the conduct of current business.

A new Board of Directors shall be elected within two months. The representative of the State in the département shall convene the first meeting as a matter of urgency.

En cas de démission de tous les membres du conseil d’administration ou d’annulation devenue définitive de l’élection de tous ses membres, le président est chargé de l’expédition des affaires courantes.

Il est procédé à l’élection du nouveau conseil d’administration dans un délai de deux mois. Celui-ci est convoqué en urgence par le représentant de l’Etat dans le département pour la première réunion.
