Article L1424-72 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Board of Directors comprises a minimum of fifteen members and a maximum of thirty members. Its composition is determined in accordance with Article L. 1424-26.

The seats are distributed between:

1° The Rhône department;

2° The communes and public establishments for inter-communal cooperation in the Rhône department;

3° The Lyon metropolitan authority.

The number of seats allocated to the department and the metropolitan authority may not be less than three-fifths of the total number of seats. The number of seats allocated to the communes and public establishments for inter-communal cooperation in the department may not be less than one-fifth of the total number of seats.

Article L1424-72

Le conseil d’administration comprend quinze membres au moins et trente membres au plus. Sa composition est déterminée conformément à l’article L. 1424-26.

Les sièges sont répartis entre :

1° Le département du Rhône ;

2° Les communes et les établissements publics de coopération intercommunale du département du Rhône ;

3° La métropole de Lyon.

Le nombre des sièges attribués au département et à la métropole ne peut être inférieur aux trois cinquièmes du nombre total des sièges. Le nombre des sièges attribués aux communes et aux établissements publics de coopération intercommunale du département ne peut être inférieur au cinquième du nombre total des sièges.
