For the offences mentioned in this chapter, natural persons are also liable to the following additional penalties:
1° Dissemination of the sentencing decision and one or more press releases informing the public of this decision, under the conditions set out inarticle 131-35 of the Criminal Code;
2° Posting of the sentence, under the conditions and subject to the penalties provided for in the same article 131-35;
3° A ban on civic rights, in accordance with the provisions of article 131-26 of the same code;
4° Temporary or permanent disqualification from practising one or more regulated healthcare professions, a commercial or industrial profession, from directing, administering, managing or controlling in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, on one’s own behalf or on behalf of another, a commercial or industrial enterprise or a commercial company or any other professional or social activity in the course of which the offence was committed, in accordance with the terms of article 131-27 of the same code. These disqualifications may be imposed cumulatively;
5° Confiscation of the thing that was used or intended to be used to commit the offence or of the thing that is the object or product of the offence, pursuant to article 131-21 of the same Code.
