Article L1454-5 of the French Public Health Code

Legal entities declared criminally liable, under the conditions set out inarticle 121-2 of the French Criminal Code, for the offences set out in this chapter shall incur, in addition to the fine set out in article 131-38 of the same Code, the penalties set out in 2° to 9° of article 131-39 of the said Code.

Les personnes morales déclarées pénalement responsables, dans les conditions prévues à l’article 121-2 du code pénal, des infractions prévues au présent chapitre encourent, outre l’amende suivant les modalités prévues à l’article 131-38 du même code, les peines prévues aux 2° à 9° de l’article 131-39 dudit code.
