Article L1511-1 of the French Public Health Code

For the application in Mayotte of the second paragraph of article L. 1110-3, the words: “of the complementary health protection provided for in article L. 861-1 of the Social Security Code or” are deleted and the words: “to the aid provided for in article L. 251-1 of the Social Action and Family Code” are replaced by the words: “to the coverage provided for in article L. 6416-5 of this Code”.

Pour l’application à Mayotte du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1110-3, les mots : ” de la protection complémentaire en matière de santé prévue à l’article L. 861-1 du code de la sécurité sociale ou ” sont supprimés et les mots : ” à l’aide prévue à l’article L. 251-1 du code de l’action sociale et des familles ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” à la prise en charge prévue à l’article L. 6416-5 du présent code “.
