Title IV of Book II of this Part, with the exception of articles L. 1243-8 and L. 1245-8, is applicable to Wallis and Futuna subject to the following adaptations:
1° Article L. 1241-1 is applicable there in the version resulting from Order No. 2022-1086 of 29 July 2022;
2° Articles L. 1241-2 to L. 1241-4, L. 1243-3, L. 1243-8-1, L. 1244-2, L. 1244-6 and L. 1245-1 are applicable there in the version resulting from Law No. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021;
3° For its application in Wallis and Futuna, Article L. 1242-1 is replaced by the following provisions:
Art. L. 1242-1 Human body tissues, with a view to donation for therapeutic purposes, cells for autologous or allogeneic administration and blood cells intended for the preparation of cellular products for therapeutic purposes may only be collected at the health agency authorised for this purpose by the higher administrator of the territory after obtaining the opinion of the Agence de la biomédecine.
