In the year following the appointment of any newly elected member as a member of the board of directors or the supervisory board of a local semi-public company, the said company offers the elected member training in the operation of a public limited company, financial control, the duties, depending on the form of the company, of the board of directors or the management board and the supervisory board, as well as in business management.

Dans l’année suivant la nomination de tout nouvel élu en qualité de membre du conseil d’administration ou du conseil de surveillance d’une société d’économie mixte locale, ladite société propose à l’élu une formation sur le fonctionnement d’une société anonyme, le contrôle financier, les missions, en fonction de la forme de la société, du conseil d’administration ou du directoire et du conseil de surveillance ainsi qu’à la gestion d’entreprise.
