Article L1612-19 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The deliberative assemblies are kept informed as soon as they meet of the opinions formulated by the regional audit chamber and of the orders issued by the representative of the State in application of the provisions of this chapter.

Without waiting for the deliberative assembly to meet, the opinions formulated by the regional audit chamber and the orders issued by the representative of the State pursuant to articles L. 1612-2, L. 1612-5, L. 1612-12 and L. 1612-14 are immediately published.

Les assemblées délibérantes sont tenues informées dès leur plus proche réunion des avis formulés par la chambre régionale des comptes et des arrêtés pris par le représentant de l’Etat en application des dispositions du présent chapitre.

Sans attendre la réunion de l’assemblée délibérante, les avis formulés par la chambre régionale des comptes et les arrêtés pris par le représentant de l’Etat en application des articles L. 1612-2, L. 1612-5, L. 1612-12 et L. 1612-14 font l’objet d’une publicité immédiate.
