Article L164-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The penalties provided for in article 226-13 of the French Penal Code shall apply to any member of the General Council who violates the professional secrecy instituted by article L. 142-3, subject to the exceptions provided for in article 226-14 of the French Penal Code.
