Article L1824-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I.-The provisions of Chapter VI of the single title of Book I of Part One mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table, subject to the adaptations provided for in II.

II.-For the application of Article L. 1116-1, the words: “local authorities” are replaced by the words: “municipalities”.

Article L1824-1

I.-Les dispositions du chapitre VI du titre unique du livre Ier de la première partie mentionnées dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après sont applicables en Polynésie française, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II.
