Article L210-11 of the French Commercial code

When one of the conditions mentioned in article L. 210-10 is not complied with, or when the opinion of the independent third-party body concludes that one or more of the social and environmental objectives that the company has set itself pursuant to 2° of the same article L. 210-10 are not being complied with, the public prosecutor or any interested person may apply to the president of the court ruling in summary proceedings for an order, where appropriate subject to a fine, requiring the company’s legal representative to remove the words “société à mission” from all deeds, documents or electronic media emanating from the company.

Article L210-11

Lorsque l’une des conditions mentionnées à l’article L. 210-10 n’est pas respectée, ou lorsque l’avis de l’organisme tiers indépendant conclut qu’un ou plusieurs des objectifs sociaux et environnementaux que la société s’est assignée en application du 2° du même article L. 210-10 ne sont pas respectés, le ministère public ou toute personne intéressée peut saisir le président du tribunal statuant en référé aux fins d’enjoindre, le cas échéant sous astreinte, au représentant légal de la société de supprimer la mention “ société à mission ” de tous les actes, documents ou supports électroniques émanant de la société.
