Article L2113-11-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

An annex of the town hall created in application of 2° of article L. 2113-11 may be abolished by decision of the municipal council of the new commune, taken after agreement of the delegated mayor and, where it exists, of the council of the delegated commune. This decision only takes effect on 1st January of the following year.
Civil status records relating to events occurring within the territorial limits of the said delegated commune are drawn up in the mairie of the new commune.

Une annexe de la mairie créée en application du 2° de l’article L. 2113-11 peut être supprimée par décision du conseil municipal de la commune nouvelle, prise après accord du maire délégué et, lorsqu’il existe, du conseil de la commune déléguée. Cette décision ne prend effet qu’au 1er janvier de l’année suivante.


Les actes de l’état civil relatifs aux événements survenus dans les limites territoriales de ladite commune déléguée sont établis dans la mairie de la commune nouvelle.
