Article L2113-15 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The council of the delegated commune meets at the annex to the town hall located on the territory of the delegated commune.

When the annex to the town hall has been abolished under the conditions provided for in Article L. 2113-11-1, it meets in the mairie of the new commune.

Le conseil de la commune déléguée se réunit à l’annexe de la mairie située sur le territoire de la commune déléguée.

Lorsque l’annexe de la mairie a été supprimée dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 2113-11-1, il se réunit dans la mairie de la commune nouvelle.
