Article L2113-22-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Until the next general renewal of the municipal councils following their creation, new municipalities whose creation order has been issued as of 2 January 2022 benefit, in respect of each of the parts of the special allocation provided for in article L. 2335-1, excluding the amounts mentioned in II of the same Article L. 2335-1, of an allocation at least equal to the sum of the allocations received under each of these shares by the former communes the year before the creation of the new commune.

Article L2113-22-2

Jusqu’au prochain renouvellement général des conseils municipaux suivant leur création, les communes nouvelles dont l’arrêté de création a été pris à compter du 2 janvier 2022 bénéficient, au titre de chacune des parts de la dotation particulière prévue à l’article L. 2335-1, hors les montants mentionnés au II du même article L. 2335-1, d’une attribution au moins égale à la somme des attributions perçues au titre de chacune de ces parts par les anciennes communes l’année précédant la création de la commune nouvelle.
