Where a phonogram contains the fixation of the performances of several performers, the performers shall exercise the right of termination referred to in article L. 212-3-5 by mutual agreement.
In the event of disagreement, it shall be for the civil court to rule.
Lorsqu’un phonogramme contient la fixation des prestations de plusieurs artistes-interprètes, ceux-ci exercent le droit de résiliation mentionné à l’article L. 212-3-5 d’un commun accord.
En cas de désaccord, il appartient à la juridiction civile de statuer.
