Article L2121-27-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

In municipalities of 1,000 inhabitants or more, when general information on the achievements and management of the municipal council is disseminated by the municipality, a space is reserved for the expression of councillors elected on a list other than the one that obtained the most votes at the last renewal of the municipal council or who have declared that they do not belong to the municipal majority.

The procedures for applying this article are defined by the town council’s internal regulations.

Article L2121-27-1

Dans les communes de 1 000 habitants et plus, lorsque des informations générales sur les réalisations et sur la gestion du conseil municipal sont diffusées par la commune, un espace est réservé à l’expression des conseillers élus sur une liste autre que celle ayant obtenu le plus de voix lors du dernier renouvellement du conseil municipal ou ayant déclaré ne pas appartenir à la majorité municipale.

Les modalités d’application du présent article sont définies par le règlement intérieur du conseil municipal.
