Article L213-21-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Any owner of financial securities issued by the French State that are part of an issue comprising both financial securities held in a securities account maintained by an intermediary referred to in article L. 211-3 and financial securities held in a securities account maintained by the French State may request a change in the method of book entry of their securities.

Tout propriétaire de titres financiers émis par l’Etat faisant partie d’une émission comprenant à la fois des titres financiers inscrits dans un compte-titres tenu par un intermédiaire mentionné à l’article L. 211-3 et des titres financiers inscrits dans un compte-titres tenu par l’Etat a la faculté de demander le changement du mode d’inscription en compte de ses titres.
