Article L213-8 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Associations governed by the law of 1st July 1901 relating to the contract of association or by articles 21 to 79 of the local civil code applicable in the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle may, when they have been carrying out, exclusively or otherwise, an effective economic activity for at least two years, issue bonds under the conditions set out in this sub-section.

Bonds issued by associations are entered in an account under the conditions set out in article L. 211-7 of this code.

Les associations régies par la loi du 1er juillet 1901 relative au contrat d’association ou par les articles 21 à 79 du code civil local applicable dans les départements du Bas-Rhin, du Haut-Rhin et de la Moselle peuvent, lorsqu’elles exercent, exclusivement ou non, une activité économique effective depuis au moins deux années, émettre des obligations dans les conditions prévues à la présente sous-section.

Les obligations émises par les associations sont inscrites en compte, dans les conditions posées à l’article L. 211-7 du présent code.
