Article L2131-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The State representative may, at any time, request communication of the acts taken on behalf of the municipality which are not mentioned in article L. 2131-2.

The State representative may only refer them to the administrative court, within two months of their communication, if his request was made within two months of the date on which the acts became enforceable.

Le représentant de l’Etat peut, à tout moment, demander communication des actes pris au nom de la commune qui ne sont pas mentionnés à l’article L. 2131-2.


Il ne peut les déférer au tribunal administratif, dans un délai de deux mois à compter de leur communication, que si sa demande a été présentée dans le délai de deux mois à compter de la date à laquelle les actes sont devenus exécutoires.
