The Autorité des marchés financiers and the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution may obtain from the depositary, on simple request, all information obtained in the performance of its duties necessary for the performance of their respective tasks.

If the UCITS or the management company is authorised by an authority other than that of the depositary, the Autorité des marchés financiers and the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall without delay communicate the information received to the competent authorities having jurisdiction over the UCITS or the management company.

Article L214-11-4

L’Autorité des marchés financiers et l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution peuvent obtenir du dépositaire sur simple demande toutes les informations obtenues dans l’exercice de ses fonctions nécessaires à l’exercice de leurs missions respectives.

Si l’OPCVM ou la société de gestion est agréé par une autre autorité que celle du dépositaire, l’Autorité des marchés financiers et l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution communiquent sans délai les informations reçues aux autorités compétentes dont relève l’OPCVM ou la société de gestion.
