Article L214-13 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Under the conditions defined by the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers, responsibility for centralising subscription and redemption orders for UCITS units or shares vis-à-vis third parties is entrusted by the UCITS or, where applicable, the portfolio management company representing it, either to the said organisation, or to the depositary, or to a portfolio management company, or to another investment services provider authorised to provide one of the services mentioned in Article L. 321-1. The entity entrusted with this responsibility shall have appropriate and sufficient resources.

A subscription or redemption order transmitted to the entity responsible for centralising orders is irrevocable, on the date and under the conditions defined by the General Regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers.

Article L214-13

Dans les conditions définies par le règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers, la responsabilité à l’égard des tiers de la centralisation des ordres de souscription et de rachat des parts ou actions d’OPCVM est confiée par l’OPCVM ou, le cas échéant, la société de gestion de portefeuille qui le représente soit audit organisme, soit au dépositaire, soit à une société de gestion de portefeuille, soit à un autre prestataire de services d’investissement agréé pour fournir l’un des services mentionnés à l’article L. 321-1. L’entité à qui est confiée cette responsabilité dispose de moyens adaptés et suffisants.

Un ordre de souscription ou de rachat transmis à l’entité responsable de la centralisation des ordres est irrévocable, à la date et dans les conditions définies par le règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers.
