Article L214-162-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – The Articles of Association of the société de libre partenariat are published in an extract in the Trade and Companies Register. The particulars that must appear therein are defined by decree.

II. – The articles of association of the société de libre partenariat as well as the documents intended for the information of the members are drawn up in French. However, under the conditions and within the limits laid down by the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, and with the exception of the extract referred to in I, they may be drawn up in a language other than French that is customary in financial matters.

I. – Les statuts de la société de libre partenariat sont publiés par extrait au registre du commerce et des sociétés. Les mentions devant y figurer sont définies par décret.

II. – Les statuts de la société de libre partenariat ainsi que les documents destinés à l’information des associés sont rédigés en français. Toutefois, dans des conditions et limites fixées par le règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers, et à l’exception de l’extrait mentionné au I, ils peuvent être rédigés dans une langue usuelle en matière financière autre que le français.
