Article L214-24-36 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The minimum amount of assets that the fund must hold when it is set up is set by decree.

These assets are valued, in the light of a report drawn up by the auditor, under conditions set by decree. Any contribution in kind is assessed by the auditor under his responsibility.

Le montant minimum des actifs que le fonds doit réunir lors de sa constitution est fixé par décret.

Ces actifs sont évalués, au vu d’un rapport établi par le commissaire aux comptes, dans des conditions fixées par décret. Tout apport en nature est apprécié par le commissaire aux comptes sous sa responsabilité.
