Article L214-24-46 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Under the conditions defined by the general regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers, responsibility vis-à-vis third parties for centralising subscription and redemption orders for units or shares of general-purpose investment funds is entrusted by the general-purpose investment fund or, where applicable, by the portfolio management company representing it, either to the investment fund, to the depositary, to a management company or to an investment services provider authorised to provide one of the services mentioned in article L. 321-1. The entity entrusted with this responsibility shall have appropriate and sufficient resources to perform this function.

A subscription or redemption order transmitted to the entity responsible for centralising orders is irrevocable, on the date and under the conditions defined by the General Regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers.

Dans les conditions définies par le règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers, la responsabilité à l’égard des tiers de la centralisation des ordres de souscription et de rachat des parts ou actions de fonds d’investissement à vocation générale est confiée par le fonds d’investissement à vocation générale ou, le cas échéant, par la société de gestion de portefeuille qui le représente soit à ce fonds d’investissement, soit au dépositaire, soit à une société de gestion, soit à un prestataire de services d’investissement agréé pour fournir l’un des services mentionnés à l’article L. 321-1. L’entité à qui est confiée cette responsabilité dispose de moyens adaptés et suffisants pour assurer cette fonction.

Un ordre de souscription ou de rachat transmis à l’entité responsable de la centralisation des ordres est irrévocable, à la date et dans les conditions définies par le règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers.
