Article L214-24-62 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – The SICAV and the management company, for each of the general-purpose investment funds it manages, shall publish :

1° A prospectus including, in particular, the SICAV’s articles of association or the fund rules ;

2° An annual report in accordance with Article L. 214-24-19;

3° A half-yearly report covering the first six months of the financial year.

II. – The annual and half-yearly reports are published within the time limits set by decree.

The prospectus and the most recently published annual and half-yearly reports are provided free of charge to investors who request them.

Article L214-24-62

I. – La SICAV et la société de gestion, pour chacun des fonds d’investissement à vocation générale que celle-ci gère, publient :

1° Un prospectus comprenant notamment les statuts de la SICAV ou le règlement du fonds commun de placement ;

2° Un rapport annuel dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 214-24-19 ;

3° Un rapport semestriel couvrant les six premiers mois de l’exercice.

II. – Les rapports annuel et semestriel sont publiés dans des délais fixés par décret.

Le prospectus et les derniers rapports annuel et semestriel publiés sont fournis sans frais aux investisseurs qui le demandent.
