Under the conditions specified by the general regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers, each external valuer is appointed by the open-ended real estate investment company or the fund management company for a period of four years.

Dans les conditions précisées par le règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers, chaque expert externe en évaluation est désigné par la société de placement à prépondérance immobilière à capital variable ou la société de gestion du fonds pour une durée de quatre ans.
