The State provides financial assistance for the training of employees mentioned in article L. 2145-1 and members of a trade union organisation who intervene on behalf of employees through the subsidy mentioned in 3° of I of article L. 2135-10 and through a subsidy to the institutes mentioned in 2° of article L. 2145-2.
