The total number of days of leave which may be taken each year by all the employees of the establishment for the training provided for in this sub-section and in articles L. 2325-44 and L. 4614-14 relating to the training of members of the social and economic committee delegation, may not exceed a maximum set by regulation taking into account the number of employees in the establishment.
This decree also sets, taking into account the number of employees in the establishment, the maximum number of days of leave that may be used by the organisers and by the employees called upon to exercise trade union responsibilities, as well as the maximum percentage of employees who may be simultaneously absent for the leave mentioned in the first paragraph.
