The economic operator may resort to subcontracting when the contract is awarded and throughout its performance, provided that it has declared this to the purchaser and has obtained acceptance of the subcontractor and approval of its terms of payment.

L’opérateur économique peut recourir à la sous-traitance lors de la passation du marché et tout au long de son exécution à condition de l’avoir déclarée à l’acheteur et d’avoir obtenu l’acceptation du sous-traitant et l’agrément de ses conditions de paiement.
