In companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, in the event of the appointment as a member of the Management Board of a person linked by an employment contract to the company or to any controlled company or company that controls it within the meaning of II and III of Article L. 233-16, the provisions of said contract corresponding, where applicable, to items of remuneration, compensation or benefits due or likely to be due as a result of the termination or change of these duties, or subsequent thereto, or defined benefit pension commitments meeting the characteristics of the schemes mentioned in Article L. 137-11 and the article L. 137-11-2 of the French Social Security Code for the period during which the corporate mandate is exercised, are subject to the regime provided for in IV of article L. 22-10-26 of this code.
