Companies must declare to the Autorité des marchés financiers the transactions they intend to carry out pursuant to the provisions of article L. 22-10-62. This declaration is deemed to have been made when these companies have made it pursuant to Article 5 or the provisions of a market practice accepted by the Autorité des marchés financiers pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC. They report monthly to the Autorité des marchés financiers on the acquisitions, disposals, cancellations and transfers they have made.
The Autorité des marchés financiers may ask them for any explanations or justifications it deems necessary in this regard.
If these requests are not complied with or if it finds that these transactions infringe the provisions of Article L. 22-10-62, the Autorité des marchés financiers may take any measures to prevent the execution of orders that these companies transmit directly or indirectly.
