The Commercial Court may, at the request of any interested party, order the dissolution of the company if the number of shareholders has been reduced to less than seven for more than one year for companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market or a multilateral trading facility.

It may grant the company a maximum period of six months to regularise the situation. It may not dissolve the company if, on the day it rules on the merits, this regularisation has taken place.
