The partnership contract may provide for the purchaser to exercise an option enabling it to acquire the facilities built under the contract before the term set by the occupation permit.

Le marché de partenariat peut prévoir la possibilité pour l’acheteur d’exercer une option lui permettant d’acquérir, avant le terme fixé par l’autorisation d’occupation, les installations édifiées dans le cadre du contrat.
