Any association that has been duly registered for at least five years on the date of the acts, and whose statutory purpose includes defending the rights of women to access contraception and termination of pregnancy, may exercise the rights granted to civil parties in respect of the offences provided for in article L. 2223-2 when the acts were committed with a view to preventing or attempting to prevent a voluntary termination of pregnancy or the prior acts provided for in articles L. 2212-3 to L. 2212-8.
