Religious fabriques, consistories or establishments may not become contractors for an external service.

In localities where families provide directly or through the care of secular charitable societies, by virtue of ancient customs, for the transport or burial of their dead, the same practices may be maintained with the authorisation of the town council and under the supervision of the mayor.

Les fabriques, consistoires ou établissements religieux ne peuvent devenir entrepreneurs d’un service extérieur.

Dans les localités où les familles pourvoient directement ou par les soins de sociétés charitables laïques, en vertu d’anciennes coutumes, au transport ou à l’enterrement de leurs morts, les mêmes usages peuvent être maintenus avec l’autorisation du conseil municipal et sous la surveillance du maire.
