Article L2241-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the auction is held on behalf of a communal social action centre, the chairman of the board of directors shall make the auction, assisted by two members of the board appointed by the latter or, in the absence of such appointment, called in order of seniority.

The institution’s collector shall be called to the auction.

Lorsque l’adjudication a lieu pour le compte d’un centre communal d’action sociale, le président du conseil d’administration y procède, assisté de deux membres du conseil désignés par celui-ci ou, à défaut de cette désignation, appelés par ordre d’ancienneté.

Le receveur de l’établissement est appelé à l’adjudication.
