The Board of Directors or the Management Board, as the case may be, must send or make available to shareholders the documents necessary to enable them to make informed judgements on the management and running of the company’s business.
The nature of these documents and the conditions under which they are to be sent or made available to shareholders are determined by decree of the Conseil d’Etat.
As from the communication provided for in the first paragraph, any shareholder is entitled to put questions in writing which the Board of Directors or the Management Board, as the case may be, is required to answer during the meeting. These questions may be answered jointly if they have the same content.
The answer to a written question is deemed to have been given if it appears on the company’s website in a section devoted to questions and answers. The Board of Directors or the Management Board may delegate, as appropriate, one of its members, the Chief Executive Officer or a Deputy Chief Executive Officer to answer them.
