Article L225-82-1 of the French Commercial code

The Supervisory Board deliberates annually on the company’s policy in terms of professional equality and equal pay on the basis of the indicators relating to professional equality between women and men mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 2312-18 of the Labour Code and in article L. 1142-8 of the same code, where these apply, as well as on the basis of the plan for professional equality between women and men mentioned in article L. 1143-1 of said code when it is implemented.

Le conseil de surveillance délibère annuellement sur la politique de la société en matière d’égalité professionnelle et salariale sur la base des indicateurs relatifs à l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 2312-18 du code du travail et à l’article L. 1142-8 du même code, lorsque ceux-ci s’appliquent, ainsi que sur la base du plan pour l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes mentionné à l’article L. 1143-1 dudit code lorsqu’il est mis en œuvre.
