Article L228-55 of the French Commercial code

Representatives of the body of shareholders may not interfere in the management of corporate affairs. They have access to general meetings of shareholders, but without the right to vote.

They have the right to obtain communication of documents made available to shareholders under the same conditions as the latter.

Les représentants de la masse ne peuvent s’immiscer dans la gestion des affaires sociales. Ils ont accès aux assemblées générales des actionnaires, mais sans voix délibérative.

Ils ont le droit d’obtenir communication des documents mis à la disposition des actionnaires dans les mêmes conditions que ceux-ci.
