Subject to the provisions applicable in companies with less than three hundred employees, as set out in Article L. 2143-22, each trade union organisation that is representative in the company or establishment may appoint a trade union representative to the committee. He attends meetings in an advisory capacity. He is chosen from among the members of staff of the undertaking and must meet the conditions of eligibility for membership of the social and economic committee set out in article L. 2314-19.
