In temporary employment undertakings, all temporary employees satisfying the conditions defined in article L. 2314-20 and bound to the temporary employment undertaking by an assignment contract at the time the lists are drawn up may vote or stand for election.
However, these conditions of electorate and eligibility no longer apply to:
1° Employees who have informed the temporary employment agency that they no longer wish to benefit from a new assignment contract;
2° Employees who have been notified by the temporary employment agency of its decision to no longer require their services for new assignment contracts.
