Article L2314-24 of the French Labour Code

In staff portage companies, all staff portage employees who satisfy the seniority conditions defined by article L. 2314-21 and who, at the time the lists are drawn up, are carrying out a portage service under an employment contract concluded with the company, are eligible to vote or stand for election.

Dans les entreprises de portage salarial, sont électeurs ou éligibles tous les salariés en portage salarial satisfaisant aux conditions d’ancienneté définies par l’article L. 2314-21 et effectuant au moment de la confection des listes une prestation de portage dans le cadre d’un contrat de travail conclu avec l’entreprise.
