Article L2315-71 of the French Labour Code

No later than three days before the plenary meeting referred to in the third paragraph of Article L. 2315-68, the members of the social and economic committee responsible for drawing up the committee’s accounts send the members of the social and economic committee the annual accounts or, where applicable, the documents referred to in Article L. 2315-65, together with the report referred to in Article L. 2315-69.

Au plus tard trois jours avant la réunion en séance plénière mentionnée au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 2315-68, les membres du comité social et économique chargés d’arrêter les comptes du comité communiquent aux membres du comité social et économique les comptes annuels ou, le cas échéant, les documents mentionnés à l’article L. 2315-65, accompagnés du rapport mentionné à l’article L. 2315-69.
