Article L233-17-2 of the French Commercial code

Subsidiaries or holdings that are exclusively or jointly controlled or over which significant influence is exercised are included in the consolidation.

Significant influence over the management and financial policy of an undertaking is presumed when a company holds, directly or indirectly, at least one-fifth of the voting rights of that undertaking.

L’influence notable sur la gestion et la politique financière d’une entreprise est présumée lorsqu’une société dispose, directement ou indirectement, d’une fraction au moins égale au cinquième des droits de vote de cette entreprise.
