Article L2334-34 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The territorial constituencies of Wallis and Futuna, the communes and their groupings of the overseas collectivities and New Caledonia benefit from a share of the equipment grant for rural territories, the amount of which is calculated by applying to the total amount of this grant the ratio, increased by 33%, existing between the population of each of the collectivities and groupings concerned and the national population, as it results from the last population census. The amount of this quota evolves at least in line with the total amount of the allocation for rural areas (dotation d’équipement des territoires ruraux) made available for distribution.

Article L2334-34
