Article L2334-9 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

In 2009, when the population of a municipality defined in the second paragraph of Article L. 2334-2, authenticated at 1 January 2009, is 10% or more lower than in 2008, the basic allocation provided for in 1° of I of Article L. 2334-7 accruing to this municipality is increased by an amount equal to 50% of the difference between the amount of the basic allocation it received in 2008 and the amount of the allocation it should receive in 2009.

Article L2334-9

En 2009, lorsque la population d’une commune définie au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2334-2, authentifiée au 1er janvier 2009, est inférieure de 10 % ou plus à celle de 2008, la dotation de base prévue au 1° du I de l’article L. 2334-7 revenant à cette commune est majorée d’un montant égal à 50 % de la différence entre le montant de la dotation de base qu’elle a perçue en 2008 et le montant de la dotation qu’elle devrait percevoir en 2009.
