Article L2343-12 of the French Labour Code

The staff delegation of the European Works Council shall inform the staff representatives of the establishments or undertakings of a Community-scale group of undertakings or, in the absence of representatives, all employees, of the content and results of the information and consultation procedure implemented in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, in compliance with the provisions relating to professional secrecy and the obligation of discretion.

La délégation du personnel du comité d’entreprise européen informe les représentants du personnel des établissements ou des entreprises d’un groupe d’entreprises de dimension communautaire ou, à défaut de représentants, l’ensemble des salariés, de la teneur et des résultats de la procédure d’information et de consultation mises en œuvre conformément aux dispositions du présent chapitre , dans le respect des dispositions relatives au secret professionnel et à l’obligation de discrétion.
